Hello! My name is Adrian Florea, I was born in Timișoara, Romania, and have graduated from the Timișoara School of Journalism. Over the years I’ve come to love many different hobbies, like reading, writing, and scuba diving. Above all else though, communication and working with others has always held a special place in my life, and working as a real estate agent has let me best apply this passion. Over time, I gained the experience to open a brokerage in Romania, and now hold over 15 years of experience working in real estate between Romania and Canada. Here in Ontario I’m a Real Estate Broker, Broker of Record and the owner of Adrian Homes Realty Inc. I have achieved some important designations: RESA – CSA (Certified Staging Advocate), where home staging is an important part of my strategy in getting the best price for your property with the fewest days on the market. I also possess an S.R.E.S.® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation, which gives me the knowledge and expertise to guide homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions.
